A teacup and saucer made by the John Rose  Coalport factory in the Regency period.

This cup and saucer is decorated with pattern number 966 in gold with hand painted flowers and leaves by David Evans

the famous Welsh painter.

Circa: 1825-30,

Size; cup diameter 9cm ‘3.5 inches’, saucer diameter 14.5cm ‘5.75 inches’.

Condition: slight ware to the gilding and hair line crack restored in the base of the handle.
